The MLS needed to create a unique setting in a short-term time frame—and over a memorial day holiday weekend—to announce their newest franchise, FC Cincinnati.

Spindrift helped with:

  • Venue selection (ultimately being Rhinegeist Brewery)

  • Vendor selection and contracting for staging, sound, lights, video, signage and bleachers

  • Supplied staff including an event operations manager and an overall operation coordinator to assist in a variety of event-based needs

  • Coordination of the space build-out, taking into account the third floor setting, working around normal tap room tasting hours and ensuring we did not disrupt normal brewing operations during load in and load out

  • Ensuring the brewery and taproom returned to normal operations by the following morning
